At Delta Healthcare Consulting (dhcc), we are committed to protecting your privacy. The purpose of this privacy statement is to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

As a candidate, you can therefore count on us to always treat your personal data such as name, address, telephone number… with the utmost care in accordance with Belgian and European legislation, in particular with the European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data (the “GDPR”).

All information provided to us is treated with care and discretion. However, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of Personal Data you transmit to us and we are not liable for any disclosure thereof, due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts by third parties.

Observing the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we have taken the opportunity to implement high standards. Protecting and handling personal data confidentially has always been important as we have built up years of experience in clinical trials.

We continue to invest to further optimize and automate our processes related to data protection.

Within dhcc we have implemented the following:

• Privacy by design: when designing new systems and procedures, we take into account data processing and data protection regulations from the beginning;
• Create awareness and alertness among our own employees;
• We continue to evaluate and continually fine-tune our processes in terms of GDPR.

Internally, access to your personal data is limited to the dhcc employees for whom the data is necessary for the performance of their duties. In addition, we may pass on those data required to external suppliers such as assessment centers.

Personal data will not be kept longer than necessary and taking into account the applicable limitation periods of any complaint or legal claim.

You have the possibility to exercise your rights as described in the GDPR at any time.

The Belgian courts of Antwerp (Mechelen section) have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that might arise from the interpretation or implementation of this privacy policy.
